Logistics Dispatch Specialist(English/Chinese)

Job Responsibilities Follow up on customer instructions, coordinate internal processes, and ensure logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction Monitor the logistics process, promptly handle or report any logistics abnormalities Maintain and update logistics records to ensure data accuracy Be responsible for logistics scheduling, reasonably arrange transportation resources Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse department and the customer's contact person to ensure the smooth progress of the logistics plan Job Requirements College degree or above, with a major in logistics preferred At least 2 years of experience in logistics scheduling Proficient in Chinese/English to meet the needs of daily work Skilled in office software, capable of meeting the job requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Mary Dickson
