We are looking for a motivated Construction Estimator with Xactimate Experience to bridge the gap between insurance claims and luxury reconstruction. This isn't just a desk job—it's a path to leadership. We are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a future Senior Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will ensure our projects are profitable and our clients are protected:

• Strategic Estimating: Produce high-accuracy line-item estimates for insurance claims and high-end residential remodels.
• Claim Advocacy: Review adjuster notes and insurance scopes to ensure all necessary repairs are included (Supplementing).
• Subcontractor Synergy: Request and vet quotes from our trusted vendor network to ensure competitive, "real-world" pricing.
• Client Collaboration: Work alongside homeowners, adjusters, and designers to move projects from "loss" to "luxury."
• Precision Management: Use Xactimate and Excel to create detailed take-offs and digital project footprints.

What You Bring

• 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record in construction estimating (Insurance restoration experience is a major plus).
• Software Savvy: Proficiency in Excel . Knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to "read between the lines" of blueprints and insurance scopes.
• Local Expertise: Familiarity with Las Vegas/Henderson building codes and high-end construction standards.
• Communication: The ability to explain complex scopes to both a homeowner and a skeptical insurance adjuster.
