Key Qualifications:
• Current New York SLP license required
• Experience supporting K-12 students (may be assigned across various grade levels)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience a plus
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered therapeutic practices

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver speech-language therapy for students needing support, both individually and in groups
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals, maintaining accurate session notes and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in team and IEP meetings as required
• Offer strategies and resources to support teachers and caregivers
• Adapt therapy plans based on each student’s unique strengths and needs
