Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and guest seating. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient coordination between the front and back of the house.
• Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills of front-of-house staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver top-tier service. Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote continuous improvement.
• Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, addressing their preferences and special requests. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, seeking opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory control, and budget adherence. Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining service quality.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring that cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet our high standards. Take proactive measures to address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house management role in a high-volume restaurant is essential.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
