FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor position. Location: Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - 1601 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64108. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-time schedule. Days and hours may vary, based on business needs. Further details upon interview. Requirement: Previous high-volume catering, bar, and customer service experience preferred. Perks: Willing to train! Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing, setup, execution, and breakdown activities for events. Ensure venue readiness and compliance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and operational standards. Manage backstage operations, premium suites, and hospitality services during events. Coordinate the needs of artists, VIP guests, resident organizations, and event clients. Lead event-day logistics and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure successful execution.
