Position Type: Part-time and Full-time

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on positivity and growth
- Manage cash handling and financial responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
- Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Chick-fil-A's core values
- Adapt and multitask efficiently, balancing leadership responsibilities between two locations
- Foster strong relationships with both Team Members and guests to create a remarkable experience

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Dependable, adaptable, and always ready to serve with a smile
- Willingness to commute between Lenexa and Shawnee locations
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-25 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
