ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in March 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked with Liberty Mutual. My experience in the insurance industry, combined with a passion for building strong customer relationships, ultimately led me to agency ownership.

I’m married with four children and have five pets, so family is a huge part of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.  I stay very involved in the local community by sponsoring schools, neighborhood block parties, and other events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Cannon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
