Be the Friendly Voice and Face of Our Office
Are you someone who thrives on creating positive first impressions and keeping things running smoothly? FICS is looking for a professional, personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, partners, and employees in a fast-paced, technology-driven office environment.
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front desk—connecting people, supporting teams, and helping create a welcoming, organized workplace every day.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and route high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system
- Greet visitors, vendors, and delivery couriers professionally
- Manage visitor access, mail, and package deliveries
- Keep reception and shared kitchen areas clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Support office operations and special events as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, approachable appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Windows environment)
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move around the office and lift up to 30 lbs.
