We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians/Mechanics who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician at Delaney Tire and Auto, you will perform a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services, including: Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems Tire installation and repair Heating and air conditioning systems Steering and suspension systems Belts and hoses Radiator and engine cooling systems Batteries, starting and charging systems Brake systems and brake repair Oil changes and preventative maintenance Check engine light diagnostics Muffler and exhaust services Visual safety and courtesy inspections Qualifications Ability to repair vehicles independently and work effectively in a team environment Strong knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics Proven track record of high productivity Understanding of safety and environmental standards for repair facilities Experience using shop equipment (vehicle lifts, tire machines, alignment machines, scan tools, etc.) High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree a plus) State-specific auto repair certifications (preferred) Valid driver’s license Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner preferred) Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaney Tire and Auto
