• Schedule will be during the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing occupational therapy in the home to patients whose abilities are impaired by developmental disability, normal aging, injury, or illness. Assists patients in restoring maximum level of functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized program in Occupational Therapy.
• Must possess current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Oklahoma.
• Must provide own transportation.
• Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies, or patient up to or >40- 60 lbs.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials over 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.
• Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
• Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
