Schedule/Hours:

• Monday starts available with hospital approval
• Schedule may include a mix of inpatient and some outpatient responsibilities, but inpatient therapy experience is essential

Qualifications:

• Current Oregon licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility with proof of application
• Demonstrated experience in adult outpatient therapy, especially neuro and post-surgical care
• Inpatient therapy skills required
• Ability to obtain or current possession of a valid driver's license (or acceptable alternative)
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under valid provider orders, exercising sound clinical judgment
• Participate in patient screening, referrals, and interprofessional communications
• Reassess patients and adjust therapy plans as needed, including preparing discharge summaries
• Accurately maintain electronic and written documentation, including billing, evaluations, and daily notes
