TOMAHAWK - Program Cost Controls Analyst - P2 - (Onsite)

Location: Tucson, AZ (807). U.S. Citizenship required. No security clearance required. Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100. Signing bonus available if eligible. Relocation assistance available if eligible. What You Will Do Support the monthly close process working earned value in depth analysis of LRE/ETC. Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis to OSQ leaders using standard tools. Monitor actual costs and explain variances to plans and forecasts. Manage cost accumulation methods for material and labor at weekly, monthly and quarterly bases. Assist in preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and provide rationale for basis of estimates. Participate in all organizational decisions as key participant in factory and program activities. Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and opportunities for factories and at program/product line levels. Assist in streamlining OSQ labor reports, EAC management and special projects to drive internal efficiencies. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred. Experience in program controls and earned value management fundamentals. Finance role experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, Business Warehouse) and defense contracting finance. Strong analytical skills with large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle new challenges. Independent work style; ability to develop status financial and performance metrics and analysis driven reports. Problem‑solving ability bridging production realities to financial commitments.
