Tomahawk Production Program Manager

Job Overview The Tomahawk FRP20/21 Production Program Manager will manage all efforts associated with executing the FRP20/21 contract, reporting directly to the Production Director. This onsite role at our Tucson, AZ facility focuses on accelerating production to meet contract incentives and support the Blk IV weapon's 15 year recert cycle. Key Responsibilities Support and drive AOP objectives and action plans. Maintain a clear program execution methodology to provide clarity and visibility into execution status. Maintain a positive team dynamic and develop team leaders within the production leadership team. Partner with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources. Implement effective execution recovery plans for warranty management. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customer counterparts. Support proposal activities for follow-on work. Implement and manage external earned-value (EV) requirements. Travel domestically and internationally as needed. Required Qualifications Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Prior experience influencing profit and loss on DoD contracts. Prior leadership/management experience. Prior experience working cross-functionally (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering). Prior experience managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through earned-value reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership. Prior experience executing production or similar efforts. Preferred Qualifications PM Level 5 certification. Strong understanding of earned-value management. Experience in the production and acceleration of munitions. Lead a team of mid-level leaders. Proficiency partnering with matrixed organizations. This position requires a U.S. security clearance (Secret). The role is onsite; domestic and international travel may be required.
