Employee Relations Specialist – up to $120k - Century City

Prestigious law firm seeks a dynamic HR professional to join its team as an Employee Relations Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing, employee-centered environment where you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to performance management, coaching, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and new hire integration
  • Partner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee development
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminations
  • Support annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee required training programs
  • Contribute to HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is ideal
  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication skills, extreme organization, and a solid problem-solving ability
