FT Customer Service Support Representative - Order Entry

At Sioux Chief Manufacturing , we're proud of our people, our products, and our culture. We're looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join our Customer Service team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! In this role, you'll:

Communicate with customers and manufacturer representatives regarding order status and shipping updates.
Review back-orders and provide estimated ship dates.
Recommend alternative products when appropriate.
Process consignment warehouse orders and invoices.
Manage consignment inventory.
Coordinate with our Planning team to help keep customer orders moving.
Prepare international shipping documentation.
Support the Customer Service team wherever needed.

Requirements:

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
A strong communicator who enjoys helping others.
Comfortable with data entry and computer systems.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, dependable, and team-focused.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience or knowledge of customer service principles preferred.
