Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your central responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapy to couples while also seeing clients individually to address unique emotional and relational issues.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
\n
• Facilitating Family Therapy sessions to help address diverse issues such as family conflicts, grief, and coping strategies for dealing with life changes.
\n
• Utilizing validated methods and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, to foster effective communication and healing within family structures.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, tackling a variety of challenges including:

• Alcohol abuse and its impact on family units.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse intervention.
\n
• Mourning and loss counseling.
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members and siblings.
\n
• Assistance with blended family dynamics brought on by remarriage.
\n
• Guiding individuals through separation and divorce processes.
\n
• Addressing adjustment issues related to life changes.
\n

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
\n
• Competence in using technology for virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the above qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who have:

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, along with:
