Maintenance Associate

Job Title

Maintain and Repair Company Equipment, Facility, and Grounds – Primarily, Electrical, PLC Programming, Camera System Troubleshooting, Modification and Installation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Duties required for successful job performance):

• Conduct and Promote Safety Lock Out Tag Out and Performs in A Safe Working Manner
• Perform Service and Repair with Highest Level of Quality and Efficiency
• 5S Organizational Excellence
• Major/Minor Preventative Machine & Tool Maintenance
• Knowledge, Execution, and Communication of Escalation Procedures

Required Education and/or Experience (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).

• High School Diploma/GED Plus Equivalent Experience, or Associate's Degree in Technical Field
• Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing

• Takes Work Requests from The Company Staff and Associates

Working Conditions (Describe the environment within which the work is performed).

• Works 100% of the Time on the Production Floor.
• Must Be Able to Work in Cool and Warm Temperatures.
• Must Be Able to Keep Organized Under Production Strain
• Periodic Travel May Be Required for Training or Services at Other Locations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to Lift 50 lbs. Occasionally, 20 lbs. Frequently, and 10 lbs. Constantly
• Ability to Work Varying Levels of Overtime Including Weekends
• Ability to Adjust Work Schedule to Meet Plant Requirements
• Able to Travel Within the Manufacturing Area and Enter Confined Spaces for Tooling Access
