Location San Antonio TX (Onsite 100%) (Must be open Local to area or open to relocate) Job Overview HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Insurance Domain Analysts; must have experience within Property & Causality Insurance (Home, Auto, Property). Must Have Experience Must have experience with Property & Causality Insurance within (Home, Auto, Property) Any of these areas Insurance Domain Analyst with Underwriting background in Property & Causality Insurance. Experience in supporting Insurance Business (Providing Requirements, Policy Insurance, Producing Documents) Experience Documenting Editing and Proofing: Ensure documents are formatted according to required member communication standards Experience with supporting post-production validations post launch and for any other related re‑work Experience in transferring appropriate postproduction documents from Box into SDR in an agreed upon format Experience working with Implementation Teams in how things come together in Integration Domain experience as an Underwriter within (Home, Auto, Property) Guidewire experience would be a plus for this opportunity MDComms experience is a plus. Mandatory Skills Minimum of 4 years of business process execution/knowledge/experience, consulting, or process engineering/optimization Hands‑on experience with P&C Documents Demonstrated experience in successfully applying quality management and process improvements Business Acumen Ability to understand business needs, goals, and KPIs and think strategically about how processes contribute to business objectives Understanding of how business processes interact with other systems or processes and how changes affect performance P&C insurance knowledge and working experience with other P&C teams Knowledge of P&C Modernization and future roadmap Document awareness or knowledge, including MDComms background or experience (for example – knowledge to understand if it’s a template issue or coding issue/IT issue) End to End Document Lifecycle Support Document Editing and Proofing: Ensure documents are formatted according to required member communication standards Document Submission: Submit final drafts to MDComms through the Genesis platform Release Testing: Conduct testing for all releases to include scalable, regression, state rollouts and reviewing ITPs (test plans) State Filing Preparation: Assist with the preparation of documents required for state filings Postproduction: Support post-production validations post launch and for any other related re‑work Template Closeout: Upon successful template push to production, complete the close out process in the Genesis Project Archiving: Transfer appropriate postproduction documents from Box into SDR in an agreed upon format Pay Range Pay Range Minimum: 94,000k Pay Range Maximum: 145,000k Equal Opportunity Employment HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
