What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a hospital setting
• Manage a patient caseload averaging 110 patients in 24 hours
• Perform advanced procedures, including airway management and trauma stabilization
• Document patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support hospital staff during high-volume shifts and peak hours
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Active CA state medical license
• DEA certification
• BC or BE in emergency medicine (within 3-5 years of residency)
• ABEM or ABEOM certification (must not have ABIM or ABFM)
• 2+ years of emergency medicine experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience working in high-volume emergency departments
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to varied schedules
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
