Requirements

• Active California medical license
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
• ABEM or ABEOM certified (will not accept ABIM or ABFM)
• Current CV uploaded
• No restrictions, settlements, DUIs, drug issues, terminations, or Medical Board actions that would impede privileges
