What You'll Do
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment using sterilizers and ultrasonic devices
- Operate sterilization equipment such as Sterrad and CaviWave systems
- Maintain infection control standards and document processing activities
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Follow protocols for proper sterilization procedures and record keeping
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures
What You Need
- Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
- At least 3 years' recent hospital experience in sterile processing (Level I or II)
- Experience using CensiTrac system and sterilization equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
