Facilities Coordinator

Overview

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Department and other areas of the Bank as needed. Responsible for maintaining mail room schedule and respond to maintenance calls process service requests and perform administrative duties as requested. Candidate will be proactive in a fast paced environment with a good sense of urgency and time management.

• Sort incoming mail for distribution and dispatch outgoing mail.
• Schedule preventative maintenance.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls.
• Assist Facilities with the record keeping on branches permits licenses
• Service employees with their day to day office needs (i.e. troubleshoot or repair desks daily moves changing toners).
• Order office and kitchen supplies to make sure common areas are stocked.
• Log and track all incoming priority packages and deliver to recipients with signature time and date.
• Process certified/return receipt packages and deliver to post office.
• Process service requests.
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Assist manager with office supply ordering invoicing etc.
• Serves as backup to the switchboard.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years years experience in general administrative support mailroom experience. Preferred
• Demonstrated success pertaining to speed and accuracy with alpha/numeric filing.
• Strong data entry skills with above average accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook Word Excel and Power Point

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
