You'll be part of a company that gives back through volunteer work and community outreach, including our Good Deeds Team.Your Responsibilities:Reflects the Northwest WayResponsible for the growth and expansion of the service center internally and externallyBuilds strong relationships and enhances lives of internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life"Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of a service centerAdminister and communicate corporate written and oral policies and proceduresMonitor service center budgetManage service center to meet goals and objectivesTrains, coaches and develops technicians, inspectors, helpers and office managersControl and maintain service center equipment, supplies, computers, vehicles, materials and chemicalsAssist team of technicians on difficult assignmentsAssessment of customer pest control needs and delivery of service to customers' residential or business locationsSales of all Northwest services including wildlife control and mosquito, so that revenue goals are metCan communicate the value of service to customers and to "close the deal"What We Expect From You:All we ask, is that you follow the NORTHWEST WAY and we can promise a long and fruitful career! Come join us in creating extraordinary opportunities for yourself!Qualifications:2 to 4 years of experience in a Northwest Family of Brands service center or related experienceExcellent knowledge of Northwest systems such as ServSuite, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent requiredSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environmentActs with integrity by keeping commitmentsServes as a Northwest Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standardsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skillsDemonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communicationPhysical Demands / Working Environment:Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
