You’re just as comfortable reviewing social media posts as you are putting together a marketing strategy and budget. You love real estate, are plugged into the Austin market, and know how to translate market intelligence into results-driven campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 12-month contract term, 20 hours per week (with option to extend)
• Based in Austin, Texas – local market knowledge is essential
• 8–10 years of experience in real estate development marketing, ideally including both pre-sales and sales of completed product

WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Proven experience in new development marketing – from pre-sales through to completed product
• Deep familiarity with the Austin, Texas real estate market and competitive landscape
• The experience to provide strategic oversight and direction – and the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
• Strong budgeting skills – you keep a close eye on marketing invoices and track costs against approved budgets
• A sharp eye for detail when it comes to reviewing collateral, digital campaigns, eblast copy and design, and social media content
• A thorough understanding of established corporate brand guidelines and a commitment to ensuring all touchpoints reflect the Intracorp brand
• Fresh ideas – you keep a pulse on what competitors are doing and know how to do it better
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine love for real estate and an extraordinary standard for the homebuyer experience
• A good sense of humor!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to project leadership, you will be an integral part of a lean, on-the-ground team in Austin. You’ll bring both the strategic direction and the day-to-day attention needed to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with project goals, on budget, and driving results from pre-sale through to completed product.

You will:

• Work alongside our external sales & marketing team to develop and oversee the project marketing strategy from launch to sell-out, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget
• Oversee the marketing budget, track costs, and review invoices to ensure all expenditures align with the approved plan
• Review eblast copy and design, collaterals, and social media content – always bringing fresh ideas that drive results
• Review monthly social media analytics reports to assess campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Partner with the sales team to optimize search presence, to identify and target qualified leads.
• Oversee and lead strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed on brand and on budget
• Pitch in where needed as part of a small on-the-ground team – including event coordination and supporting on-site activations
• Monitor competitor activity and local market trends, keeping the team informed and helping us stay ahead
• Ensure corporate brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing touchpoints
• Visit and apply your keen eye for detail to the sales gallery and project sites, to ensure every touchpoint delivers an extraordinary experience for our future and current residents
• Conduct weekly on-site visits and attend project marketing meetings to maintain active engagement with sales development progress and team alignment
