This role supports community marketing, digital marketing, CRM administration, website management, reporting, analytics, events, signage, and marketing technology platforms while partnering with internal teams and external agencies to drive traffic, appointments, lead conversion, and sales performance.**Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate signage, model homes, photography, videography, collateral, maps, events, Realtor outreach, vendor management and brand standards.* Lead websites, inventory listings, blogs, landing pages, SEO, SEM, PPC, email and social campaigns.* Support Salesforce and HubSpot administration, lead routing, workflows, lead scoring and cultivating campaigns.* Develop reports, analyze traffic, sales, digital performance and campaign effectiveness.* Support integrations, website tools, sales technology and process improvements.**What You'll Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered* 3+ years of marketing experience required* Real estate or homebuilding experience required* Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Sitecore and Google Analytics preferred* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing and email marketing* Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred* Strong analytical, organization and communication skills* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency**What We Offer:*** Competitive compensation and total rewards package.* Excellent extended medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning day 1.* 401(k) matching, vesting begins day 1.* Career development programs.* Paid Volunteer Hours.* Paid parental leave.* Family planning assistance, including IVF, surrogacy and adoption options.* Wellness and mental health resources.* Pet insurance offering.* A culture based on our values of Passion, Integrity, Community!The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
