Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Night & Weekend Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a hospital setting
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
Educate and support patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
Respond efficiently and effectively in emergency and acute care situations

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent clinical skills with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
