Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial interviews to gather detailed histories, guiding the therapeutic process from initial assessment to treatment.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client motivations, ensuring that all interventions are tailored to meet unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other modalities, to foster skill development and emotional resilience among clients.
• Create thorough, timely documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR), including intake reports and progress notes that reflect treatment outcomes and inform ongoing therapeutic strategies.
• Regularly utilize outcome measures to assess client progress, integrating feedback to adapt treatment plans as necessary and maintain high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Our services cater to individuals battling anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Understanding the unique dynamics and needs of each client will be critical to fostering lasting therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge in mental health principles.
• Active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), demonstrating your professional ability to provide therapy services.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with a variety of client populations.
• Residing in Washington State is a requirement, enabling participation in local mental health initiatives and community engagement.
• Demonstrated training and experience in implementing evidence-based practices, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions.
