1st Timer/16 WKS/12 James PCU - D/N or Nights - AO 12 James Surg Onc is a mixed acuity unit that cares for both PCU and Med Surg patients. This is a very busy surgical floor. All perm staff is PCU trained. Staffing Ratios - Goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 Weekends - variable based on unit needs No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff ALL travelers may be required to float within their scope of practice! If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
