Recruiter

The Recruiter supports growth in the Frederick, MD market by identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates with client partners across key industries. This role focuses on executing effective recruiting strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with sales and operations to deliver high-quality staffing solutions. You will manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process while ensuring a positive experience and successful placements that support long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across assigned client accounts. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies. Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with client needs. Partner closely with sales and operations teams to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking, and pipeline management within CRM and ATS systems. Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, feedback, and relationship building. Coordinate onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, offer management, and pre-employment requirements. Monitor placement success and retention, proactively addressing issues and supporting redeployment efforts where applicable. Stay informed on local labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry hiring practices to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience; staffing industry experience preferred. Strong ability to source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
