Texas Licensed EHR Systems Analyst

Supporting the Clinical Access Revenue System department, the full-time Texas Licensed EHR Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between end users and the EHR team, focusing on developing expertise in the Epic system, analyzing workflows, and optimizing system performance while working remotely within Texas. Key responsibilities Obtain and maintain Epic certification, adhering to standard operating procedures and quality control measures Implement and prioritize system changes, troubleshoot EHR components, and analyze configurations to enhance patient safety Provide technical support and facilitate issue resolution, collaborating with stakeholders to improve system functionality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of clinical, healthcare IT, or relevant business experience Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in hospital billing or coding Ability to obtain EPIC certification within 180 days of hire Strong analytical and project management skills
