Engineering Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Engineering Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor in Anasco, Puerto Rico to oversee equipment maintenance and repair operations for medical device production. The role involves directing technician teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining optimal equipment performance within manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams and coordinate maintenance/repair activities for production equipment
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs
• Monitor equipment performance, minimize downtime, and manage spare parts inventory
• Conduct weekly GMP compliance audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Manage staff performance, training programs, and developmental activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years maintenance manufacturing environment experience
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (read, speak, write)
• Proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
• Medical device industry experience preferred
• FDA regulations knowledge preferred
