As a Security Officer Full Time Personnel Screening in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.78 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:30 PM - 03:30 AM Tue 07:30 PM - 03:30 AM Wed 07:30 PM - 03:30 AM Thur 07:30 PM - 03:30 AM Fri 07:30 PM - 03:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or vehicles entering and leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures. Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections of personal belongings, shipments, and/or vehicles as directed by site policy. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading docks, warehouse access points, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
