As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while helping maintain a secure environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur08:00 AM - 12:00 PMSat08:00 AM - 12:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports. Communicate professionally with site personnel, delivery drivers, contractors, and emergency responders while supporting a positive workplace environment. Minimum Requirements: The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
