Job Overview Law firm seeks a Financial Services Associate in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong understanding of federal securities laws to join their Financial Services group. Duties Advise clients on fund structures and regulatory matters. Handle cross-border registration and regulatory examinations. Engage in enforcement and broker‑dealer matters. Address issues involving blockchain and digital assets. Requirements Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act. Experience with exchange‑traded funds, interval funds, or business development companies is a plus. Familiarity with global asset management regulation, broker‑dealer, commodities, and/or digital assets work is advantageous. Large law firm, in‑house, or regulatory agency experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
