Job Description
Kent is looking for a Site Administrator to support the team on a project based in Ingleside, Texas. This individual will provide administrative and coordination support to project leadership and site teams while ensuring documentation, reporting, onboarding activities, and project records are maintained efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support workforce onboarding and site access processes.
- Maintain project records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Process timesheets and support workforce tracking activities.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project communications.
- Maintain filing systems and document control processes.
- Support travel, accommodation, and logistics coordination when required.
- Provide administrative support to project leadership and field personnel.
- Assist with reporting and data entry activities.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/Qualification/Training/Certification:
5+ years of administrative experience supporting projects, construction, or industrial environments preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with document control or workforce coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Communication:
Read, write, and speak fluent English with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
Behavior/Core Competencies:
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
