Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the research and preparation of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met. Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process. Develop and maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Requirements Qualifications: Those who want a career in an exciting work environment, not just a job, and who understand the important role they play in the overall success of the business. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Paralegal Certification preferred but not required. Prior experience in an office setting preferred. Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience a plus but not required. Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems. Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent communication skills. High-level proficiency in MS Office suite.
