Location: In-Office | Des Moines, IA Department: Front of House / Client Experience Position Overview The Intake Specialist at Noble Law serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls, screening potential new clients, scheduling Case Evaluations, and ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining confidentiality, organizing intake data, and supporting attorneys throughout the client onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Identify caller type (current client, court/opposing counsel, or potential new client) Gather and document essential intake information Screen potential cases based on jurisdiction and practice area criteria Guide qualified potential clients through the Case Evaluation process Schedule Case Evaluations following firm scheduling rules Follow up on missed calls and online intake submissions Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the Intake Tracker (CRM) Prepare physical and digital client folders for attorney strategy sessions Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage emotional conversations calmly and confidently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable controlling conversations and setting expectations Professional, empathetic, and solution oriented Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage emotional or sensitive conversations calmly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable leading conversations and setting expectations Professional, empathetic, and confident demeanor Prior experience in reception, intake, customer service, or legal support preferred About the Job Noble Law is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance.
