Global Compensation Director

The full-time remote Global Compensation Director will own the strategy, design, and execution of compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity, while collaborating with various departments to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices as the company expands. Key responsibilities Own global compensation strategy, including base pay structures and incentive design Design and lead the annual compensation cycle in partnership with business leaders Build and maintain competitive market pricing and salary structures that scale with company growth Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth or publicly traded company Deep expertise in executive compensation and equity administration Strong command of compensation regulations and pay equity requirements Excellent analytical skills with fluency in compensation data and market surveys Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on public company compensation governance is a plus
