Buffet Brilliance:

• Manage the buffet like a culinary conductor - ensuring fresh pies, colorful salads, and sweet treats are always ready and looking irresistible.

Smart Scheduling & Labor Control:

• Build efficient schedules that keep operations flowing and labor costs in check - all while staying in tune with Georgia labor laws.

Master Inventory & Minimize Waste:

• Keep the kitchen stocked (but never overstocked). Control food and supply costs like a pro.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to nearby locations if needed
• Current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• ServSafe or state food safety certification (or willingness to get certified)
