Responsibilities: • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $100,000+
