Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, genuine compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
