Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, inform clinical diagnoses, and tailor individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions. \n Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and support strategies to ensure client safety and stability. \n Document and maintain precise, confidential client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to HIPAA and ethical standards. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care pathways for clients. \n Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to support their recovery journey. \n Commit to professional growth by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and educational sessions to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily revolve around diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
