Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clients’ needs and objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external resources to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Empathy Edge, you will serve a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.

• Active license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) to practice mental health therapy independently in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of relevant direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• A strong understanding of intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment planning.

• Excellent writing skills with a focus on clear and concise documentation.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
