Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and methods. \n Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client. \n Provide individualized therapy sessions as well as group therapy, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth. \n Engage in case management, including coordinating care with other professionals such as psychiatrists and social workers to ensure comprehensive support. \n Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. \n Offer crisis intervention services for clients who are experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies. \n Enhance your clinical skills through ongoing training and by staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Crestpoint Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges.
