Key Responsibilities Provide weekly, structured supervision to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a master’s program, facilitating their growth and development as emerging therapists. Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based practices that promote positive therapeutic outcomes. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health, integrating relevant practices into your clinical approach. Patient Population / Client Focus The population served at Counseling Path Services includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients in a compassionate and culturally competent manner, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. Qualifications A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), along with professional liability insurance. At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting. Preferred Experience Experience supervising graduate students or interns. Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based strategies. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and communication. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000.
