Candidate must be willing to work remote to start and then travel 3 out of 4 weeks per month to other locations for 3 to 6 months and then move to Defiance. They will be spending a lot of time in Anderson SC so if you find me someone close to their that would work but they must be willing to move to Defiance OH. Well established consumer products manufacturer building a new plant in Defiance OH and looking for a Business Unit Leader to manage a large group of people in production over multiple shifts. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and converting experience to be considered. Paper converting ideal but must have converting experience. Strong production management experience preferably out f consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Must have experience managing a large group of people and be a strong, hands on leader who knows how to coach, mentor, and develop people. Project management, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience necessary. SAP experience a plus.
