Utilization Management Specialist

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN to perform care management duties, guide the transition to the continuum of care, and support a Monday–Friday schedule with mandatory weekends/holidays. The role requires planning, assessment against guidelines, coordination with patients, families, physicians, and facilities to ensure appropriate, cost-effective care across the continuum. Active NJ RN license and at least two years of clinical experience are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
