Location:Princeton, NJ (3 days Hybrid)Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Production Technical Support Engineer to provide L2L3 support for enterprise applications hosted across Windows and Linux environments The candidate will be responsible for monitoring application health troubleshooting production issues performing root cause analysis handling incidents and changes and ensuring high availability of businesscritical applications Experience in application monitoring log analysis and support of NET Core applications is highly preferredKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2L3 production support for businesscritical applicationsMonitor application server and infrastructure health using Dynatrace Splunk and other monitoring toolsTroubleshoot application middleware operating system and infrastructurerelated issuesSupport NET Core applications and perform detailed log analysis to identify and resolve production incidentsManage incident problem and change requests through Remedy and JIRAPerform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issuesWork closely with development infrastructure and business teams to restore services within SLA timelinesReview application logs server logs and monitoring s to proactively identify potential issuesParticipate in release deployments production validations and postdeployment support activitiesPrepare operational documentation SOPs knowledge articles and incident reportsEnsure adherence to ITIL processes change management procedures and operational best practicesRequired Qualifications5 years of experience in ProductionApplication Support environmentsHandson experience with Windows Server and LinuxUnix administrationStrong expertise in Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring toolsExperience supporting NET Core applications in production environmentsStrong understanding of incident problem and change management processesExcellent troubleshooting communication and analytical skillsAbility to work in a 24x7 support model and handle critical production incidents
