ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for an onsite, school-based opportunity with a supportive school district in the Wilmington, Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year.

The district is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is looking for a Physical Therapist who is comfortable supporting students throughout the district, including students receiving homebound services.

Full-time or part-time candidates considered
Up to 37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 25, 2026
End Date: June 8, 2027
District-wide services
Must be willing to assist with homebound students as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to students based on individual needs
Support students' mobility, accessibility, and functional participation within the educational environment
Provide services across district assignments and to homebound students as needed
Monitor and document student progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain required school-based documentation

Qualifications:

Appropriate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Delaware Physical Therapist license required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to provide onsite services
Comfortable supporting homebound students when needed
