Occupational Therapist (OT) | Wilmington, DE
We’re seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) for school-based positions in Wilmington, DE for the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple openings are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Position Details
• Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Start Date: August 25, 2026
• End Date: June 8, 2027
• Location: Wilmington, DE
• On-Site Only
• Multiple school-site opportunities available
Available Caseloads
• Elementary School
• Middle School
• High School
• Split-site options available
Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to students based on individual needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students in meeting IEP and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school-based teams
• Document services and monitor student progress
Qualifications
• Active Delaware OT License required
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site school environment
